123 mrp report design
Customise existing reports within 123. Simple examples are tailoring the invoice and despatch note reports to match your company style. More complex can include conditional text or graphics, or adding data fields that are not available in the standard reports.
dynamic spreadsheets
Excel spreadsheets can be linked directly to the 123 MRP database. This can get data from existing datasets in 123 or create a custom dataset to give you exactly what your need. From there you can create tables and graphs or custom dashboards to show what is happening in your business.
Intranet web reports
Produce easy to read web based reports that pull data from the 123 MRP database in real time. Examples include a view of orders to despatch over the next few days with the stock or production status of each product. Show what is due in from suppliers and highlight anything overdue. Basically any part of the MRP system can be displayed on web page tailored to the needs of your business.
ISO 9001 Quality data
Reports that help you with your ISO 9001 audits. These could be graphs of supplier and customer delivery performance against targets set for your business, with drill down to individual suppliers and customers. 123 can be used for tracking tools that need calibration.
Implementation assistance

You will need to run through the import several times during testing so you need an automated way of preparing the 123 import files.
